Q&A: how hard is it to build a mini buggy?

Question by Conor: how hard is it to build a mini buggy?
ok I know nothing about engines, plans, building things, machinery, welding or suspesion. I have no training. I have 0 equipment apart from screw drivers, drill, hammer…the usual. I have time and determination and woul love to get good at doing this but don’t know how else to gain experience or get good a building. Where do i start…how do i do this….is this a loosing battle?

its easier then you think just read a book on engines and buy some equipment and materials then all you need is a steady hand
