Review by N. Thomas for Sit ‘n Stand Elite Stroller
    Rating:
I have a 3 1/2 and 3 month old. I bought this stroller to take on walks because that’s my main form of exercise right now. While my older daughter walks most of the time, she can and does get tired so I thought having a Sit n Stand would be perfect for us. I bought this stroller from a friend and will be honest in saying that I haven’t researched many other strollers. The only other one I’m really familiar with is the Joovy.

    Pros:

    * Sturdy and looks higher end.

    * There’s plenty of space for your toddler to sit.

    * Parent tray is awesome. Cup holders aren’t shallow, however, they are both the same size and average width so you can’t really put anything other than average-width cups. I have a Neoprene water bottle and it didn’t fit. Oh well.

    * Easy exchange between car seat bar and tray.

    * Tires are of good quality rubber.

    * When folded, it’s not longer, just “thicker” so you can still fit it a sedan trunk. That’s a plus and I think some other double strollers

    Cons:

    * It’s HEAVY.

    * The basket is very hard to get to. The opening is located between the car seat and toddler seat portion so you can’t get to it if the toddler is sitting in the seat.

    * Because the toddler seat is of good width, it makes the stroller longer.

    * The cushion on the toddler seat moves around so you have to constantly adjust it. Annoying!

    * Heavy and hard to turn when you’ve got both kids sitting in it.

    * The front seat doesn’t recline much. Considering how much space this is back there, I’m disappointed by this feature.

Overall, I’m glad I got this used and didn’t pay full price. It’ll serve it’s purpose for now.

    Pros:

-Very easy to fold and unfold.

-Not very heavy (considering it’s a double stroller)

-I put my infant seat in the back, facing me, instead of attaching the bar to put baby in front. That way my toddler can sit in front and see where we’re going.

    -Nice big canopies for shade.

-Kid’s tray in front is easy to get on and off.

    Cons:

-The basket underneath is big, but virtually impossible to access!!!

-A little hard to turn because it’s long. However, I did manage to maneuver it up and down some grassy hills at a festival by myself!!!

*we haven’t used it with the standing feature for our toddler yet…
